  • Avoid Refrigeration of any of our cookies, as they will become hard and inedible.
  • For local TEXAS orders only: If your cookie contains fresh fruit as requested, we advise you to consume your fruit and cookie as soon as possible!
  • If you choose to reheat our cookies, reheat your treat for about 5-6 seconds.

  • Cookies are best if reheated for consumption.

  • Cookies should be consumed within 1-5 days.

Policy Notices

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once an order has been placed, refund requests pertaining to personal taste preferences, correct custom orders, orders that were not picked up on time, or issues caused by third party delivery services will NOT BE ACCEPTED!

However, there are exceptions! Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Order Error: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery, along with a clear photo of the product.

  • Damaged Products: If an item arrives damaged due to OUR handling, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence, and we will assess the situation.

  • Food Safety Concerns: If a product is found to be unsafe for consumption, we require IMMEDIATE notification and appropriate documentation for review!
